ELIGIBILITY

Established companies by Romanian Law 31/1990 that obey the following rules:

  • Tracked revenues with a history of at least a 12 month
  • No tracked record on i) enforcement proceedings ii) payment incidents iii) negative history in the Central Credit Risk Register
